Bariatric Surgeon In India

Laproscopic Surgery is also known as Minimally Invasive Surgery.Laproscopy is a treatment procedure is used to look inside of your abdomen through laproscope. Laproscope is an instrument similar to telescope with light source. Laproscope is passed into abdomen through small incision. A laparoscopy is used to find the cause of symptoms like pelvic pain, abdominal pain or swelling of the abdomen or pelvic region.

Common conditions detected by laparoscopy:

  • Pelvic inflammatory disease
  • Ectopic pregnancy
  • Ovarian cyst
  • Appendicitis
  • Endometriosis

How laproscopy is working?

Laparoscopic surgery is commonly done while you are asleep by anaesthesia. The surgeon then makes a small incision long near to the belly button. Then some gas is injected through the cut to 'blow out' the abdominal wall slightly. It is easier to see the internal organs with the laparoscope. The surgeon then looks down the laparoscope or looks at pictures on a TV monitor connected to the laparoscope.
